The hem of Raggedy Anne is very raggedy; long in the back, short on the sides, a bit longer in the front… well, you get the idea. There is an incredibly detailed skeleton hand clawing its way to the top of your skirt on the zipper. A faux pocket in front and rivets surround the waistband ending at the back in two long strips of leatherette that dangle down the back of the skirt.
